We were pleasantly surprised at how big the suite actually was! It was like staying in a complete apartment with all of the amenities desired. We will certainly stay here again and recommend this Hyatt to all of our friends and family!

We stayed for just under 48 hours. The fire alarm went off in the night at 2:30 am and we evacuated the building. Never heard what happened. At 6:22 am the clock alarm went off. I had not set it. At the end of our stay we paid $72 for parking after being told it was $24 max per day and we were under 48 hours. Our kitchen sink faucet was barely functioning, very loose and not working properly.

Location is downtown and convenient for walking. There is no reasonable parking. Valet (not run by the hotel) is $48.00 per day. Public Parking was $45.00 per day, when leaving, the auto pay machine was out of order, had difficulty exiting as the gate auto pay took 10 minutes before the gate opened. Front desk was not welcoming, non-chalant about checking in, no explanation of hotel services or directions to room etc.. more focused on talking to each other. Room was comfortable slightly dated.

No hot water and a freezing pool

I stayed at this hotel several years ago, and we had a great experience. However, this time there was no hot water when we arrived—something out of their control. Which I understand. We didn't get hot water until the next evening. However, one of our main objectives was to let the grandkids enjoy the indoor pool. The water was FREEZING so the boys couldn't enjoy it. They were immensely disappointed and so were we because it was one of the primary reasons for our trip.

Extremely satisfied ! Location is excellent right in the middle of downtown. One observation...thought tge valet parking fee was a bit high @ $47/night.
