Arrived and front office was closed. Waited outside at night in cold with kids for 20 mins. But when opened check in clerk was apologetic and friendly. Got room, parked walked to room and it was un cleaned ( had not been made up at all not like poorly cleaned) had to go back to office, again he was apologetic and got us into another room. All was good there, crashed out and was on my way 6 hours later. Premises were clean and clear of questionable people or trash. Only NEGATIVE was the cost of the vending area! I paid $12 for a bottle of Dr Pepper and bottle of water! But it was late and my youngest was sick and I didn’t have options to go elsewhere in that moment. That felt like highway robbery. I understand the need to make a profit, but come on. Learn from my mistakes and make sure you have enough drinks after a day at the amusement park with kids.

so we had mold in our bathroom and when we complained he said the housekeeper said we wer smoking in our room. i have a son and i have never nor will i ever smoke around him nor next to him inside a 300square feet room. we stayed here before no complaints but this time its like they wer mad or who knows but i have videos and photos of my entire stay. we will not return ! Thank you have a good day

The room was definitely worn down, but it is a Motel 6. I was suprised that neither a microwave nor mini fridge was in the room. Additionally, the beds are uncomfortable. I am most happy with the customer service though. I called before our reservation and was pleased to learn that early check in is an option. I called a couple of other times, and my call was answered quickly, with a friendly voice on the other line. When we did arrive, check in was super easy. The person behind the counter was also kind and friendly. He geniunely cared about our happiness with the room. Lastly, I very much enjoyed the water pressure in the shower.

I had reserve two rooms and the cleanliness of them were awful. The towels were dingy. The vents were dusty. There was no toilet paper in one of the rooms. The other room had burn marks underneath the TV stand blood on the light fixtures, and there was like spills visible on the walls, and the floor had not been mopped, and a dirty old. Nasty towel was left on the table. This was overall the worst Motel 6 I’ve ever been to.
