There was a problem with my reservation, so it took about an hour to check in. I didn’t get the room I payed for, the sink was clogged in our restroom. Staff was very friendly.

This hotel was perfect location for Carlsbad vacation. There is a beach across the street which is never crowded, you are short drive to multiple places but outside of the crowded areas

Great location across from the beach. The grounds are nicely done. we used the pool and fitness center and both were well kept. Room was spacious, we had a 3rd floor pool view.

Carlsbad was fun.

Was a great hotel to stay located across the street from the ocean. Weather turned out to be beautiful. Spent two nights at this Hilton on a week long trip to San Diego for our Anniversary. Would come back to Carlsbad to visit. Downtown district is great for food, shopping and entertainment.

Decent hotel overall. A bit outdated and appears to be getting run down. Friendly staff. Next to beach but difficult to access beach. Nice courtyard area with activities. Beautifully lit in the evening. Good pool for kids.

We could hear every word our neighbors were saying through the walls. Our fire alarm went off two times for no reason. Very loud from upstairs. Front desk was very nice but we left a night early because we couldn’t sleep with the neighbors
