We rang three days before checking in and asked about the room was told it had a stove and all the cooking equipment needed was I. The draws and cupboard and I told them I was in a wheelchair and was told my room was ground floor and near the check-in in case of emergency It was second floor at the very back of the property and had no stove only a small electric hot plate and cooking equipment cups plates and utensils were a fifty dollar charge so we booked a kitchenette but couldn't use it There was a metal panel falling off the wall and exposed a huge hole in the wall and the sofa was a cheap copy of a bus seat plywood wrapped in cheap vinyl a man called Sean a young phillipino came to fix the broken tv and told us he was brought into fix the hotel and would move and upgrade us in the morning The next morning no one had any idea what he was talking about it took all day to get moved we moved from 224 to 209 had just unpacked for the second time when Sean called the room below was flooded and it was coming from our pipes so he said he was moving us upgrading us and giving us 2 free nights so we moved only to be told by his boss yes he'd lied about being in charge there was no extra nights and we were abused and treated like we were scammers this was the first 24 hours our 4 nights were ruined we didn't leave our rooms except to grab breakfast and bring it to our room their idea of an upgrade was a room with bunks and the same hot plate it sucked

No good service. I booked the room 10 days ago. They told me there isn't any available rooms match my booking because the issue of their system when I checked in. At first , they asked me to cancel and issue my refund, and then asked me book another room in another property. It was so unresponsibile they just ask my family with kids to look for another hotel at 10:30pm. The only way they did just asking me to contact Expedia and relocate my stay with another property. It took me more than one hour to find out a room which was not matching my booking to have my family stay overnight. However, the smell of that room is strong and there was flea. Such as a poor experience in this hotel!

Clean room but smelled a bit humid and dingy. Staff was amazing! Breakfast was okay but it wasn't cooked very well and there weren't many options. I LOVED the eco friendlyness of this hotel. Great job!

Our room wasn’t getting clean, trash piling up, ants started coming in, had to ask for it to be clean, sheets wouldn’t stay secure on the bed, both TVs were stuck in one channel, beds were very uncomfortable, pillows were awful. They use to have the BEST breakfast but this time it was awful….the eggs were sweet, no meat, and no waffles!

Beyond disappointed! We came down for a marine corp graduation with family. We both left the hotel and paid for the bestwestern plus in Oceanside after being told there is no way possible for them to help transfer to that hotel. The rooms stunk of mildew and mold, 1” gap under front door, light switch in the bedroom didn’t turn anything off or on, all the bedding was terribly damp, the wood coming down the stairs were rotted and broken. The hotel does NOT look anything like the pictures or description states or shows. The rooms are dark, very dated and dingy. But the smell was awful. When we asked for room freshener they lady with the cleaning cart laughed at us and said they don’t have those. They let us look at two other rooms and they were just as bad as the one they put us in. I have never been disappointed in any bestwestern we have ever been in, this place was was absolutely unacceptable. And I WILL be contacting bestwestern to let them know and now have to file for a return to get my money back. Stay at the BESTWESTERN PLUS IN OCEANSIDE! Carols helped us when we arrived there and he is awesome, friendly. The rooms were great, clean and staff beyond helpful!!!! Exactly what I expect when I book with every bestwestern!
