Everything was great. We didn’t expect parking charges when we self parked. That was an unexpected expense. But the property was great. Rooms were big and spacious. It was clean and room service was good. They had kids art and craft on site which was amazing!

The room and staff were great but OMNI charged us a second time $614.94. AFTER we had paid Expedia $533.69. We were told we only needed to pay what was indicated on the Expedia confirmation that we showed them. I’m not sure who is to blame Omni or Expedia but someone needs to refund us.

Many of the room features didn’t work, like the balcony light, Kurig machine. The furniture was very old and dinged up

The property is in a really nice area and the outside looks really nice. However inside the room is very old. During our stay, 1) we have a 3 year old kid with a stroller, as soon as we open the door, there's a 5-6 steps going down in order to get into the room, which made it very difficult for us to go in and out with the stroller. 2) The bathroom sink was clogged when we checked in, we called the front desk to have someone fix it, but after they came, it was still draining very very very slow, to the point we need to stop, wait for it to drain, and then continue to use it. 3) The air dryer was dirty and broken, we called for them to send another one, the new one was also very nasty, and didn't work at certain angle probably due to poor wire connection. 4) when we checked in, the toilet bowl was also dirty, we had to flush it first before using. Given the price we paid for the room, it was just not worth it.
