Junior suite was perfect for family of 4. Nice room, comfy beds, very clean resort. Food options are fantastic. Marketplace makes great coffee drinks. Pool is great for kids & food menu was perfect for poolside eats.

The hotel has suffered some set backs in the 2 years since we’d last been there. The hotel was much dirtier. Especially in common areas like the pool and arcade. Service was overall not great. All the Valet staff is amazing! They give a great first impression. Our front desk check in was cold and unwelcoming, a pretty stark contrast. The folks in the market were also all really great. The restaurant was hot or miss. Had a terrible dinner in Vue our first night there. Service was abysmal and our salad was obviously not washed because there was sand in it. Had a great breakfast there the day we left. So maybe don’t go for dinner?

The kids loved the pool, slides and splash pads! Everything was clean and the restaurants on site were good. The rooms were nice and new, but several other areas could definitely use some updating. The staff was great!

Beautiful property and resort. Very helpful and friendly staff. Resort restaurant food is good but a bit pricey. I would stay here again and I would recommend to friends.

The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are spacious. We were there for New Year’s Eve and there was no availability for dinner. We couldn’t even use our free drink tickets. We tried ordering through the QR code and it was glitchy for hours and really hard to follow the website. We had to leave the grounds to find our own food. When we were finally able to use the QR code we ordered breakfast and the breakfast was terrible and incredibly overpriced. I think it was ordered through a third party. It was confusing and really inconvenient. Are the guests supposed to starve? Luckily we only stayed for one night because we were bored and hungry and were very disappointed. Sewage smell coming out of sink asked multiple times to have someone come up and they never sent anyone, hair in shower upon arrival. Honestly felt poorly run.

The service is always the best here. Stayed here for a golf getaway with my buddies and really enjoyed myself. Loved both courses; but the North is by far the better course. The rooms have been updated and are amazing. Looking forward to my next visit.
