Gate to pool not working, nonstop toddlers playing in jacuzzi (unable to relax/enjoy adult time/loud). We were not told until too late there was an event that was happening…too many people everywhere, no privacy or peace. Asked for late check out, granted, but then front desk called 3x during extended time & knocked on door twice. Went to relax as a couple, wasted a night, will not return.

My stay was okay. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean. The drain in my shower was clogged, but I let the front desk know & they took care of it immediately. For the majority of my stay (five days), the elevator was not working. Also, there were no streaming services, and I did see a cockroach in the room. It was fairly priced, but I'm not sure I would stay here again. But the staff were awesome!
