My recently renovated room on the third floor was very spacious and well equipped including body lotion which is a huge plus for a female traveller. Quality bed and linens and the fridge with small freezer in the room was extremely useful. One small niggle was that the tap in the sink did not work for hot water but it wasn't a dealbreaker for me. The staff were well trained and made me feel welcome and valued.
