Nice service at front desk. No towel at swimming pool.. need to walk to the front desk to get one and wet everything in between. Half of the "hotel" is motel, if you book through this app, you are likely to have the motel room, just so you know.

I was very disappointed staying here. Initially I was very excited with the pictures and the description. The experience just was not what I had expected. For breakfast I was not able to take my food to my room to eat but then I was not allowed to bring my pet to the breakfast room but I was also not able to leave my pet alone in the room - I guess the hotel expected me to eat alone and not with my spouse. The waffle maker was broken and the wait to make it was too long so I ended up having to skip breakfast. Overall was frustrating and disappointing experience.

Good experience .

The room was clean. Quiet. The beds were very comfy . Missing pillows but immediately got one when I asked for . Missing shampoos and body wash in bathroom there was 1 each very small containers and we were 4. The swimming pool is great. Just missing changing room and bathroom . The towels also has to be asked from the front desk . The pool water is warm and nice . The hot tub is fair. The breakfast was great but the coffee is not so great.

The room was nice, but the floor was so dirty that my son was playing around barefoot after he finished playing his foot was so dirty it’s color black from the floor. I don’t think they changed the bed sheets because we found a piece of paper with writings and drawings on it in the morning. It might be from the last guest who checked in.

The room looks exactly as advertised. Clean and looks great. The lighting in the room is relaxing & nice. The only problem was I had some issue with adjusting the shower head angle. Overall I recommended. (I was able to see I received full $200 deposit back in my bank account on the 6th day after checkout).
