First night we stayed there, my family were there for 25 minutes after check in. There was a shooting with the rcmp with a suspect. It was scary for my family, and my children. I’m aware that type of incidents can happen anywhere in Calgary, just was scary to witness the incident. The breakfast food was ok. The staff were friendly. The appearance of the hotel can be better. I wouldn’t stay there again

Super impressed with our stay. The rooms are freshly updated, minus the baseboard heaters and the hallways in the building, but the rooms were pristine. The pool was warm, fun, and there’s tons of space to hang out if you don’t want to get wet. A little strip of business for all your late night needs too, which I found to be a nice little touch after late night swimming. The price was reasonable, the staff was kind, and the location was great. Highly recommend a stay here. We will definitely be back.

So noisy in hallways, could hear everything. The tv and remote didn’t work had to call down for assistance no one came had to go down again and get someone. The breakfast was awful!!!! Several ppl had to ask for stuff to be replenished. The juice machine was squirting juice.

An OK price for an OK place. A few homeless people around. Our room was right at the Outdoor Smoking Area so that was unpleasant coming and going from our room. The room was clean and staff was friendly.
