Property is dated with crumbling paint, obvious rust on shower ceiling and a tv that doesn’t pair to anything. Beds were uncomfortable with very harsh scratchy sheets. Parking was a nightmare as the parking lot is very narrow and not built for anything larger that perhaps a 4 door sedan. We stayed one night and that’s all I would ever recommend get in and get out.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! We liked the location, lots of restaurants around, close to downtown and zoo. We however, had a bit of an experience while our stay. We stayed on the first floor. There was a family with kids and a baby across from our room, kids did not go to bed early and baby was crying, which is not the problem, kids will be kids. But, if you are looking for quietness and tranquility, it might be a bit of a challenge in there. You can hear everything from the rooms. We also found some bugs flying around, some type of flying antz? Looked like. We informed the front desk next morning and they moved from rooms. Second room was better, same floor, not as noisy night, and not unwelcomed visitors ;-)

There are better options in the same price range. I do not recommend this place.We barely found parking, we booked 3 people and only had towels for 2, then the gave us thin, rough pool towels. The staff is not friendly. They have obviously no control over the amount of people in each room, there was a huge family beside our room and they were making noise until very late at night. I also found the pictures online very deceiving, the room is very tired and dated.

Staffs are very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is okay if you're not too picky, it's free anyway. I love that they freshen up the room and give fresh clean towels everyday(some hotels don't do that anymore unless you ask for it!) Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Ok. I have to start with the positives: Pros: Easy access off McLeod. Close - ish to transit. Mqny dining options available. The room was large and had the fridge microwave and coffee maker. The staff at 5 ish when i arrived on Saturday were accommodating, friendly and helful. I told them right away i may need to book another night. "

I’m down here working all day, and want to relax in a hotel room with a true smart tv. The add in this hotel says premium channels, when it is actually only basic cable airing shows that have been discontinued 20 plus years ago. I will never go back

Was not happy with my stay checked out after first night and was still charged for the 2 nights I didn’t stay parking was an issue room not clean and area not safe. Hot tub jets weren’t working breakfast only served until 9am won’t ever book there again!!
