Room was very noisy. From train and traffic. Not happy. Mattress was awful. Too soft and sank in the middle so we were shifted and it was uncomfortable. The bathroom wall paper looked like it was in the middle of a Reno with patches and white cover up smeared all over. This was supposed to be relaxing from our busy lives and we barely slept and we’re sore in the am.

MY CAR BLEW UP OMW THERE AND I HAD TO GET IT TOWED BACK HOME… 5 HOURS (576 MILES!)!!! I LET YOU KNOW AN ENTIRE DAY BEFORE AND YOU STILL REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY?!?! I will NEVER STAY AT ANY OF YOUR HOTELS EVER AGAIN!!!

This room was perfect for my daughters. They felt the location was safe and close to restaurants and bars. They said it felt like a mini apartment, very spacious. Will definitely be booking this hotel when we are in Calgary next time.

The aesthetics of the lobby is contemporary which I liked every much. However, the room that I was assigned [3205] to was average. The flow of water was too wide in respect of the shower, making it super annoying to enjoy a nice hot shower. The bed was also very uncomfortable, it was not firm and I felt like my back was sunk in no matter the side I lay and I struggled to sleep every night of my stay. The buffet breakfast was average at best. There was very limited fresh fruit, the chicken sausage was stiff and bland, the eggs was also bland, there weren't any pancakes but a waffle station where you are required to make your own waffles. The hash browns were like potato wedges, so confusing. Overall, it was definitely the most disappointing buffet breakfast. The food at the bar however was delicious and the Stable Cafe is a nice spot to enjoy a quiet moment. The fitness centre surprised me. It was more than I imagined. There is ample equipment to get a good strength training session. It has a leg press, cable machine to work upper body, free weights and a bench press apart from the usual cardio focused machines.

Great location, love the layout of the rooms, great space to just relax and have space. Tons of amenities within the room. Area is highly walkable but also easy to get transit. Cafe has good food tried the brisket sandwich and carrot soup. Love that there are lots of other options walking distance. Orchard is just next door and beautiful.

Don’t stay here.

There was a concert happening outside no one warned us about until we were checked in. It was so loud even being on the 20th floor that it shook the windows and our beds and we couldn’t sleep, or our kids, can’t believe I had to pay to stay at a hotel that we literally couldn’t sleep in. Stupidest thing ever.
