Breakfast was delicious and plenty of food Room was good but not very sound proof - some people came back in the early hours of the morning which woke us up twice during the night The tv wasn’t working and couldn’t be fixed but they did give us a free drink. The pool / spa area wasn’t relaxing at all, there was a kids swimming lesson on which we didn’t know and would have gone at a different time. Otherwise it was fine

Hotel & bedroom looking very tired, bed was uncomfortable for 3 out of 4 guests, staff are hard to understand, breakfast was very tasty great variety, but breakfast room again looking very tired, carpet all ripped and tapped up in multiple places, chairs rocking like they are going to fall apart. Did not use hot tub as children too young but again showers looking tired cubical worn to the point you can see the person next to you showering, not private at all. Guest very very noisy at 1am coming to rooms and banging on doors.

Staff were unsure of the food within the menu and when we ordered gravy (not on the menu) the staff member did not understand what gravy was. Within the bar area it took several attempts to order drinks as the bar member did not understand what i was trying to order. The food was acceptable however the rump streak i did order was very fatty. The rooms were very comfortable and the rooms were clean and at an acceptable temperature. The self service breakfast was hot and well prepared.
