Parking directly outside the rear of the hotel, the receptionist was enthusiastic helpful and informative for local services, room spacious clean and comfortable. Would definitely use this Hotel again.

Great location for shops and pub next door shower room was a little dirty but overall not a bad stay had no tv remote so couldnt watch tv did ask staff but they couldn’t find it

No sleep and No hotel action

Kept awake from 10pm right through to after 1.30am by loud music and singing in one of the rooms. Rang reception 4 times from 1am and no answer. The problem guest should have been given a warning and if not calmed down within 30 minutes should have been thrown out of the hotel. Why should every other guest have no sleep due to an unruly guest and poor hotel procedures.
