Hotel picked for location to attend an event just down the road. Staff were all very helpful and friendly, one even looking for where we were sat at breakfast to provide a picture of my daughters choice and crayons. There was a good seecyoon at breakfast and it was all cooked well and was tasty. Would stay again - my husband commented he would also as I didnt complain about anything!

The room was very clean, the breakfast was very good. I asked for a high floor and wished I hadn’t, a unit of some sort on the roof was buzzing all night it kept me awake, luck8ly my husband is deaf. The staff were going to investigate we were in 1712. Also because the mattresses are on a whole wood bottom it creaked when every I moved.

Hotel staff were friendly. Main complaint is that the bathroom door would not stay closed and would not lock. Breakfast was good though busy on a Sunday.

Great Value

It was absolutely just what we required for a one night visit. Extremely well places near British rail stations and directly on the Broad Street. Good size room, clean and well presented. Breakfast inc in the cost, thoroughly enjoyed what was a good selections.

Great hotel providing excellent value for money with fantastic parking in the centre of the city. Able to walk to everything and forget we have a car. Knowing the car is safe and onsite is important. Breakfast is good for this standard of hotel and food is available at other times if you want it. Although it is close to some clubs and bars, it's still quiet and safe. Highly recommended.

Love the Breakfast team, Not so much the Reception

Overall, the stay was good (I was about to rate it excellent). The staff members in the breakfast section was really nice, friendly, helpful. Unfortunately some of the reception staff were not welcoming to guests, no smiles and not friendly.

Nice hotel with a lovely breakfast

The hotel offers an excellent accommodation experience, complemented by a delightful view. The shower facilities are outstanding. I was situated on the fifteenth floor, which provided a pleasing perspective of the surroundings. Additionally, I found the breakfast to be enjoyable.
