The room reeked of smoke (non-smoking hotel) the door around the handle was black with dirt 2 the floors were dirty, the heating/ac unit smelled like something was burning when we put the heat on - we have stayed there many times but it was so dirty and the smell was awful - will probably not stay there ever again.

The property was not taken care of overall. The building was run down, room horrible unclean and in ill repair. Sheets and bedding stained, walls and ceiling had stains on them, the floor was sticky and falling apart, furniture damaged, shower drain broken, door did not seal properly so was letting in bugs. I would NOT BOOK THIS ROOM! There is a nicer Hampton Inn right down the street.

Beat up place. Peeling paint, holes in walls, damaged doors and walls. No iron, fridge, hair dryer, coffee pot. Broken dresser. Decent TV and bed. Never again.

The floorboards had water bubbling out from underneath them as we walked, hole in the bathroom door, mystery substance on the sink, blood on the sheets, bugs in the corners of the room, floorboards lifting up off the floor, a child clearly colored on the floors as well as the furniture, it was disgusting. I stayed because I had already checked in late and was exhausted but do not stay here it’s gross.

The bed was fine except we got a king room and 3 pillows. The pillows were extremely flimsy and didn't have much to it so one for one person was def not enough. Other than that our sta was great! And to be fair for the property, we also didn't ask for any extra.

I booked through another company. They paid for another hotel for me as this was dirty, smelled like smoke, had holes in walls and had bugs. I was disgusted and would’ve slept in my car before a room here.

Okay if you need a place

Room wasn’t as clean as I’m use to sheet had a stain on it. We only stayed 1 night of our stay and switched hotels. We got in late Friday and spent the day out and about on Saturday came back to the room and the key card didn’t work. Cleaning staff saw and let us in. Good thing we were moving hotels.

In the first 10 min in our room we found a bed bug, the sheets were dirty, the chairs were dirty, they did move us to another room that was at least a little bit better, we asked for a refund so we could go somewhere else but they wouldn’t do that. 100% would never stay here again.
