Hotel was great, staff not so much. As a traveler and as many hotels as I have stayed in, I have never been met with such rude staff. From check in, it was the worst experience I have had. The only staff that was friendly, was our waitress for breakfast. She receives 5 stars.

Very clean rooms. Updated and comfortable. Love that there is no carpet in the rooms as it usually creates a lot of dust. The front desk assigned me a room but it was not ready yet. She immediately reassigned and provided me with a complimentary breakfast (although I didn't use it as I had to leave). Fabulous stay!
