Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Monica and David at the front desk. Rooms were clean and property in a quiet area with ample parking. Does need some maintenance to ice machines and fitness room equipment. Overall great stay in close proximity to grocery store and coffee shops as well.

A weekend in Buffalo

The morning breakfast was great. The room was spacious but not comfortable. The bed was very stiff and the AC unit was noisy and the room was either too hot or too cool. The bathroom needs a better shower curtain to keep the water in the tub and away from the door and trim. The outdoor seating area by the fireplace was lovely for evening cocktails. Easy and spacious parking lot. In room coffee maker was a joke but breakfast coffee was yummy!

I have stayed here multiple times. The hotel is clean and breakfast is nice. It is a little bit outdated and could use a little TLC but overall the hotel is nice enough to continue to visit and the location is good!

I enjoyed the ease of tv remote & it had a sleep timer I enjoyed the amenities & not having to bring shampoos lotions etc I really liked that it had both a refrigerator & microwave The pillows were great different fullness from softer to firm Was very happy with indoor halls since I traveled alone
