The bathroom was not cleaned upon arrival. Hair in and around the tub, including around and in the toilet and sink. No shampoo, soap was left nor were there tissues in the holder. I’m inquiring how often the bedding was changed? Not impressed at all with the cleanliness of the bathroom at all. There should be no excuse for it. If you’re not prepared for graduation weekend; put a sign up indicating no vacancy.

Room was kinda dirty and i found a few dead bugs around. There was no shampoo in the bathroom, only soap. The entire property had a bit of a dingy look to it. The room was overpriced for how little was offered.

Crackhouse Hotel

This place is the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. There was piles of feces trailed down the sidewalks. I had a broken down cleaning cart outside my room. There were flies and bugs in my room. The whole place smelled like a dispensary. I checked out 5 mins after I checked in. Asked for a refund and the desk clerk said it was refunded, but it never was. This place should be shut down and burned to the ground.

We stayed for 3 weeks. We like that the price is decent. Also that it is pet friendly because we have 2 dogs. We were on the ground floor. Thankful for that because the elevator was broke our whole stay & one of the dogs have hip issues. I didn't like that the walls were thin. We could hear people talking outside our room. We could also hear the people on either side of us in their rooms. Laundry was also offered. There were 2 of each a washer & a dryer. One of each of these were broke our stay. Forcing me to go to a laundry mat instead. I also had to get change from an outside source because there was no cash exchange. Maybe a change machine would be useful.

Overnight woman very rude, always outside smoking, and constantly complaining about her job. Uses foul language and is just not a person who’s only job is customer service.. other employees very nice!! Elevator broken Rooms are all messed up, broken doors. Cops there every day!! Maintenance guy was always happy to help and always smile and very nice.

Don't stay here! What a dump.

This place is pretty bare bones. Sketchy people outside smoking. Only one elevator that barely worked. Computer system that would normally have accepted a credit card for a $60 security deposit not working so they were taking cash only. If you didn't have the cash, too bad. Horrible strong chemical smell in room when I walked in. Could not open window to air it out as screwed shut. Opened door to hallway instead. Floor not particularly clean. Could only get a couple of channels on the TV. At least the bed was comfortable!

The pictures posted on the app are COMPLETELY different than the reality when you visit the property. Lobby is sloppy and so the hallway leading to the rooms bad odor, garbage sitting on the hallways , cigarette butts all over the place. After seeing this, when to the room to see if there was anything to make me change my mind, but it was all the opposite. Long story short Came down to the lobby and asked for my money back and didn’t stay there that night
