WIFI sufficient for all your needs. Furnace, zoned heating and a/c, in addition to a remote controlled gas fireplace will keep you comfortable in any season. A fully stocked kitchen, jacuzzi tub/shower, combination safe and private backyard deck (off bedroom2’s secure sliding glass door) will enhance your stay.
