Messages for reservations and concierge went un answered for days. Chicken breasts ordered in advance of my arrival arrived after one hour- for my hungry pup only after a second call to concierge. Suite was too noisy on windy night. HVAC system created room and bed vibration, requiring new room at midnight. It was much better. Neighborhood. Was filled w inebriated Halloween revelers at 1am. I was offered a $400 credit by night manager, I explained I would not be paying for this torturous experience. Not up to RC standards.And they wouldn’t charge my EV. “Go to Hyatt nearby.” 2025 people! Experienced and demanding traveler. Good news: seasoned day manager promptly agreed to comp my stay. In fairness, they should have compensated me for the lousy experience. I hear the Four Seasons and new Raffles are really nice.
