The Hotel itself was beautiful and clean. The staff was fantastic. The only issue I had with was the water pressure was terrible and it took forever for the hot water to come up. I also think snacks,coffee and tea should be available at all times for hotel guests.

excellent hotel but needs some noise dampening
The staff and Crust bar was excellent, very cool building was an old industrial building then a department store in the past. A few things though, the old hardwood floors under the carpet were creeky and you could here everybody coming down the halls and the next room walking around. The high ceiling in the bathroom multiplied sounds, you could hear the next room occupants farting/pooping etc. I was awoken by my neighbor puking in the toilet at 2 am, I guess they had too much fun.

Great location! Great staff!
Hotel is perfect location in Salem to easily walk to everything. The facilities were modern and the front desk staff was superb. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
