I have stayed her several times due to geographic convenience and the excellent and kind staff. However, the noise of the dog barking in the next room at night was frankly enough to make me discuss this with the staff -- something I have never needed to do. While pets may be welcome, perhaps on a set floor where all barking is welcome at all hours??

We have stayed at the Colonnade before and are always very pleased. The rooms are completely satisfactory and the service is excellent. None of our visits have occurred in “rooftop weather,” but we will eventually try it out.

Ok stay

Beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms. However it faces a busy main thoroughfare and the huge beautiful windows are not soundproofed so the street noise is VERY loud. Also, they are so understaffed the people who are working seem like they are all working 3 jobs at once

Nice stay

Nice hotel and cleaner than most. Little bits of debris on the floor near walls or corners that are easy to miss by a hasty clean. Signs of wear with marred and chipped furniture. When it was new it must have been so chic! Everything in working order. Received a free upgrade with a nice city view from the 11th floor. Cold weather so the pool was drained. Nice location. $70 a night to park the car.
