For the price it was exceedingly mediocre. No valet service. No bell service. Frat bro at the front desk had no idea if they had room service or not. Said they did and then no one ever answered. Door knob fell off closet door. hair left in the tub. I expected more out of this experience and it ended up like staying at a Hampton Inn.

Location great. Parking ridiculous. 2 women shopping/theatre. We paid $140 total to park for 1 night. The garage was empty for obvious reasons. The doorknob fell off the bathroom. People / staff were lovely.

We thought the room and service was ideal. We had a decent view from the eighth floor (we prefer the higher floors). There was no hotel "scent" which was appreciated. It was a clean room that maybe had a slight whiff of fresh laundry which is ideal. The staff were gracious, accommodating, and helpful. The lobby felt high-end and "slozy" (sleek and cozy; a true accomplishment in design—often tough to successfully marry these disparate characteristics).
