I accidentally booked the wrong dates and the hotel refused to move the booking or refund my money. I realize this was a non refundable booking but when someone realizes 5 minutes after the mistake was made some grace should be given.

The room was really nice, we were able to upgrade so we had enough beds for everyone. The front desk was amazing, super helpful and kind! Kevwin was who we primarily worked with and was fantastic! We needed to be at MIT early and was a great a location. The only downside was the people next to us were loud, and the walls seemed thin. Other than great place!

Great room, clean comfortable. The gym and pool were nice and the location was perfect for the Science museum, restaurants and mall within walking distance on a below freezing temp day! Will definitely return. However, there were two young girls staying next door and they were very loud..the walls are a bit thin but we played relaxing music to get to sleep.
