Beautiful hotel to stay for a wedding, I got a deluxe king, it’s a small room with small bathroom. The nightstands should have been small bureaus to provide more than one draw Bathroom needs hooks for towels and shelf space. More electrical outlets are needed to iron. A rear mirror in bathroom to check back of hair is needed. Those are just my suggestions, we enjoyed our stay, we’d come again.

This was my go to hotel in Boston since the 90s but this trip i was very sad. Omni destroyed it in the remodel. They must have made every 2 rooms into 3. They are now ridiculously tiny. No room for luggage, no dresser, no coffee maker, 1 robe only. This is a deluxe room mind you! The bathroom is the biggest joke ive ever seen. Tiny is an understatement. Barn door on bathroom has a 2 inch gap so doesn't close fully. Sink is in sideways because its the only way it fit. No shelf, no hooks no where to put anything. Just pathetic. The staff is still wonderful and the location is great but when i come back in March i wont be staying here. People should be fired for destroying the Parker House. They went cheap for profit and it shows. Ive never stayed anywhere else in Boston but now i will not stay here again. Im so upset this was allowed to happen. Just terrible! I do NOT recommend unless you enjoy being a sardine. Horrific! Also im 5'1" i cant imagine a large person in that room. They would not be able to use the bathroom.

The Omni Parker House did not disappoint. It was very clean, well appointed, staff were warm, and we had probably the best hotel meal we have ever had at this hotel. We will certainly be back again.

The staff were extremely courteous. The hotel rooms were actually quiet as well. No loud doors banging or hearing the street noise..that was nice considering we were staying in the city. All the rooms have been renovated so everything was new..also nice. My only complaint was the bathroom. It well appointed but TINY. The toilet is so close to the sink they are almost touching. If I stay there again, I will request a room with a larger bathroom. Otherwise a very good value for the money.
