We chose the hotel because it's close to the airport and has a shuttle. It was at the end of a cruise to Alaska. The lobby area was freezing. I don't know why they keep it that cold. The staff was very nice and the food was great. The room was clean and comfortable but a little dated. Overall we were satisfied.

The staff is very friendly. Excellent service from Vince at the restaurant. Shuttle service 24 hrs. We left the hotel at 3:00 am and the shuttle was ready, It runs 24hrs every 15mins.
