Have stayed at this property many times and while the front desk staff is helpful, the rooms are starting to show their age (shower handle coming out of the wall as an example), one thing needing to be called out is the food. Fine, i understand why room service is in a paper bag, but the quality of the food is just getting bad. service

Did not receive wake up call as peomised. Woke up an hour later than call was to be made. Rushed to airport missed flight. Missed crucial Drs appt. And had to stay in Seattle at another hotel. No snacks/food of any kind on premises. Walked to 7-11 across intersection at 11pm. Gatorade in vending machine was warm. Long waits at front desk only staffed by one person at night but many check ins. Bottle of water was opened in room. Previous guests medical device still in trash can. Room smelled vaguely of farts Unimpressed.

It was good! Rooms were clean and staff were friendly, specially that lady from the bar that served us our free appetizer. The carpet on the way to the elevator smelled like feet though. Also, the elevator wasn’t very smooth with the ascend/descend. Kinda scary. Everything else was good. The shuttle service was so convenient!

Excellent hotel near SeaTac airport! Great food, wonderful staff. Check in gentleman was very thoughtful and bar and restaurant staff were top notch. I only remember the name Vince in the restaurant. He can work in any high class restaurant.

Loved this place <3 Very beautiful inside the rooms and through out the rest of the building. Every thing feels so naturally put together, while becoming a nearly incomprehensible kaledic dance of aesthetics, atomspheric shifts, and stories. Blending from one to the other, this building and it's staff hold it all together without breaking the flow. Sudden or gradual, whether loud or quiet, night or day, this place has a lot to say and.. to not say. Beautiful, inside and out.
