I had already reached out to the corporate office. First impression is the last for me. I never had a problem with Wyndham hotels in the past. But, this one never again. The first room #209 was Two Queens, I paid for a King. I always check the mattress for bedbugs. Peeled back the covers and pillows, fat gray rat pops out!!!!, then the flusher button was pushed in hard unable to flush. Went back to the desk. I told them I paid for a King. And told them the issues. Second room #105, AC unit cracked, dirty towels, housekeeping never came to my room nor knocked to empty trash bins, changed sheets nor replaced towels. I did it!!!! Saw the cart in the hallway. I woke up in the middle of the night, there were roaches on the toilet paper roll, crawling on the wall and inside the wall hair dryer. Mold on the bathroom ceiling above the shower. The rat must have followed me from the 2nd floor. Clearly, people are living there. Every morning , they put out the same three pieces of stale bread out there. Juice machine didn't work. They changed the cereal. WiFi hardly worked
