not very accommodating. the house keeping couldn't communicate clearly. had to ask front desk for towels multiple times. woke up to dirt in our shower the morning after checking in. overall an okay stay, don't expect much.

Check in process was slow because other guests were complaining about problems they were having with their rooms - broken toilet and leaking in one room. The carpet in the hallway and room smells. To top it off, they have a rat problem!!

The room was clean but we had roaches. The phone did not work, shower was backwards(hot water was cold and cold was hot. Air conditioner did not function properly(clogged on one side with dust-dirt). The whole property smelled of weed. Breakfast buffet was limited, not too many choices. Staff was very polite and accommodating. The price paid was good. Told them about roaches when we checked in and that happened was she sprayed what smelled like a cleaning/ air freshener in room. Was not pleased at all and would not recommend Comfort Inn in Towson at all.

We were not fully stocked with certain things that are important such as toilet tissue and when asked for another roll they gave a few pieces and I had to re ask for them to find a roll and give it to us and it wasn’t even a full brand new roll!

It was below subpar… rooms state it’s non smoking but walked into a smoked in smelling room that smelled the same way all weekend and had a burn hole in the covers… pictures ain’t match the room… no house keeping was done for the entire stay

I stayed here last year and when I returned recently, it was a totally different experience--in not a good way. The new owners (looked family run) have let this hotel decline; dirty, worn down and understaffed. The hotel is supposed to be a smoke free environment; but when I got to my room the smell of mold and smoke was overwhelming. The front desk solution was to send a cleaning person upstairs and spray air freshener. They told me all of the rooms smelled that way. It was only after I contacted Expedia, they made the offer to change the room. Add to that, it felt unsafe. The customers were upset and yelling at the woman at the front desk and there were several other loud arguments. Ultimately, I switched hotels and I will not consider staying here again.

Arrive late to checkin was there on business. Not a good look to see roaches in the bathroom and crawling up the wall in the room itself I left. Took pictures and sent them in hotel would not give refund. Not a good look I stayed because the pictures looked nice as far as the room and I used to work for Comfort Suites.

Had only one washcloth in my room. Asked housekeeper that I need another as there was a plus one in the room and room service said that they had none. Huh, a Hegel don’t have rags? I had to use the hand towel to wash my body.

There is certain aspects of the facility that was garbage. Door locks, sink faucet and especially the elevators that are over a month out of inspection

Bugs in the first two rooms

When I turned back the bed covers, I found an ant under the pillow. I later found a second ant under the sheets. When I turned out the light, I felt several ants crawling on me. I told them I wanted a new room and they moved me down the hall. That room also had an ant problem and I told them I wanted a room on a different floor, which they gave me. That room had no insect problem that I could see, but it was after midnight and I had tried to go to bed much earlier, but the room changes made that impossible.
