The Management needs to really look into the property as the staff is nice but English language is big barrier for them. My stay was really bad experience. The house keeping won’t do the rooms even of the sign of up. You have to go and ask the front desk and then they will do this, then will miss towels or something else.
I had to get additional bed for my kid and the mattress they gave was send out was picked from road side and was never maintained. It was disgusting and no one would like to sleep on it.
The towels were dirty even after they are washed which always Created the suspicion if they were really washed.
Ordered food at room and they came with the eftpos machine as they would not trust you and the items were never added to the room number so we can settle everything at checkout.
The aircon swing never worked and I had to get my room changed but the aircon in another room was same as they hardly supported the size of room to keep it cool.
Internet never worked inside my room and I kept on complaining but nothing was done about this
Breakfast was ok but not much variety and same food everyday.
Not worth the value I paid.
