Night service not very helpful. Request for water delivery to room, wrong number of bottles arrived, only 2 instead of 5. Staff unable to give 2 litres of water due to no plastic bottles. I had been unwell and needed to drink.

The hotel was really AMAZING. The room was beyond expectation. The staff were so welcoming and their smiles just made me free and comfortable. The service at the reception was a bit slow but after staying in Indonesia for a bit I realised people here take their time unlike in Australia where the service is super quick. Can't complain about it though. Iwill definitely call in again when I visit Indonesia again.

The ramp was a bit frustrating as long walk up to the hotel and no lift available. The breakfast was amazing, staff were lovely and the room was great. TV quality wasn't great but an awesome pit stop after a long flight. Would definitely book again if a late flight arrival.

I am a regular visitor to this hotel and recently stayed on the 7th and 9th December. Once again I found the reception very welcoming and found the staff like Ariani both friendly and extremely helpful. The team at the hotel are a credit to the company.

Exceptional service and convenience. Staff and location are the best. Access to the hotel from the airport could be better. Leaving to international departures a breeze, but going to hotel, there are too many ramps.
