The check in at the front desk by Carlton and the fellow helping me with my luggage was exceptional as Carlton did his level best to see that I was able to check in early into my room. Very nice people you could see they genuinely cared.

Room was relatively spacious, very clean, and comfortable, except for the constant blast of cold air out of the vent, from which there was no escape without turning the air con completely off.

The Hotel was perfect for my trip which was secluded 3 night plane spotting trip, the room allowed to do this in comfort at 70 years old i needed, room staff to restaurant staff were all polite, kind and helpful.

Nice stay

Mine was a one night stay to catch an early flight out of LHR. The bed was very comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked well and there was an excellent coffee shop. There’s a shuttle to and from the airport called the Hotel Hoppa. £12 round trip with stops at terminals 2 and 3.
