Walk to Western Springs and Eden Park! Vibrant studio, with lovely courtyard.

The Rocky Nook is a vibrant studio with a lovely courtyard under our home. We live on a leafy street with plenty of free parking.
We are just off the North-Western motorway and only a 7 minute walk to the Morningside train station and 5 mins to the bus stop. So, very conveniently located in the funky neighbourhood of Morningside, with easy access to bars, restaurants and parks. Fowlds Park (5 mins walk), has an exercise circuit and children's playground.
We are close to a few of the big venues, 15 mins walk to Western Springs and MOTAT and 25 mins to Eden Park.
The space is very comfortable with a TV on a bracket to watch your own shows from bed or the couch. Also feel free to enjoy TVNZ plus.
The studio is under our house so you may hear the occasional footfall or bit of running water, but it is a bright and peaceful spot.
Enjoy the lovely courtyard and the BBQ, which has it own gas hob ring.
The bathroom is super fun, just saying.
Also please indulge in my husband Mikaere's Auahi Chilli Oil on your takeaways or other meals!

Amazing stay, everything was clean and well maintained. The hosts were beautiful people who had great communication and hospitality. Would highly recommend doing the dinner service they offer! The kai is fantastic and the company of the hosts is even better! Me and my family had a blast. I will definitely stay again next time I’m in Auckland and would highly recommend to anyone else staying in Auckland. 11/10 stars!!

Great stay great host. Well situated close to Eden Park. Had everything we needed in the apartment. We had a wee problem we communicated with the owner and it was fixed straight away. Court yard felt private with lovely trees and we used the bbq. Bed was comfortable. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay! The suite was so nice and well stocked with coffees & tea! It was a super convenient location for bus and train. The hosts were so kind and welcoming! The courtyard was amazing for morning coffees. The AC was also incredible.
