There should be complimentary parking. There’s nothing complimentary. Was not informed that to have room service clean the room, it had to be requested by a certain time. The carpets need to be cleaned or replaced.

While everything seemed to be clean, the room needed work. The finish is about gone off the tub and it made it look nasty. Never could get the heat to work good. We had it turned up to 77 to get what felt like 68 or 69. We have smelt so much marijuana in the halls it made us sick. The hotel staff had to smell it as well. At 6am, we could smell it seeping in around our door. If this is a nonsmoking hotel, I would have thought that meant marijuana as well as cigarettes.

The hotel is old. No USB plugs in the room. Both rooms had a lot of dust, and the carpet was stained, dirty, and coming up. Paint was peeling from the bathroom walls. The staff was friendly and available. Their excellent service is the only thing good about the hotel.

There was a pay per item breakfast. Coffee was about $3, for example. Didn’t buy anything other than coffee, so can’t comment further.

Had to switch rooms because the initial room had not been cleaned. While the bed had been made up, it was clear that the covers had not been changed since there was a bug, eyelashes and other debris on the bed sheets. So while changing rooms was not a problem, it was still an inconvenience that did not reflect very well on the hotel and its staff.
