The lady at the check in desk at night was not nice at all. I had to ask about the wifi and elevator location. Simple hospitality service mind was absent or she just did not care. The room was not super clean not updated. We had to ask for hair dryer and given towels. Moment later it was given to us. The check out was smooth and the lady at the front was smiling at least

The parking is very confusing. You stop and get a ticket each time you come into the parking lot. But you must use your room key each time you leave the parking lot. Which was not explained well when checking in. I ended up paying for parking that was included with my stay. I was told I would be credited and wasn’t. Also no chairs on the balcony. Other than that it was ok.

Very convenient location to GaTech and to Midtown attractions and museums. Despite being close to highway, there was very little road noise when inside the hotel room. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was basic, but very clean.
