Overall, I had an excellent stay! I was disappointed that the pool was closed for a day without notice and the breakfast is underwhelming… fortunately, the Whole Foods is close by and I made use of the room fridge for breakfast. Parking was costly but that seems to be common in Atlanta. The room was clean, the bed was incredibly comfy, and the shampoo, conditioner, etc. was wonderful. I’d definitely stay here again (and will ask about the pool ahead of time:)).

If I hadn't booked my room on discount for $84/night before taxes I would've had to raise a fuss with the front desk - I was put in a room for hearing disabled people closer to the highway. It's right next to the highway. I'm on the autism spectrum with intense hearing sensitivity. It took me over an hour to fall asleep (with sleep aids) when I got back the first night. Fortunately a friend took me in for the second night. - The track for the curtains was hanging off the wall, still functional but not in appropriate condition - I paid for a balcony and did not get it - Other areas of the walls were dirty, though carpets and counters seemed clean. PS They did a facelift of the lobby and certain areas so that their pictures look more modern. I get the feeling that, unless this one is discounted, it isn't on par with similarly priced options. But I haven't been around enough to say that for sure.

I was in room 315. The A/C didn’t work well. I found a long, thick, black hair inside my bed and was forced to sleep on top of the covers with no blanket. There was a black private hair inside one of the washcloths. Lastly, there was a clot of blood around the drain in the tub. I really feel like I should be compensated for the disgusting state of the room. The front desk clerk said she’d be happy to fully refund but, since I booked via Hotels.com, she couldn’t.

Comfortable room and great front desk staff. Location was great for what we had planned. Didn’t realize room didn’t have a fridge or microwave but other than that enjoyed the hotel

The hotel was supposed to be $164. I got charged $364 and an extra $28 for no reason. We stayed one night. It was absolutely not a $400 a night hotel. I could have stated closer to the venue in a 4 star hotel for that.

Having to wait up to 30 days to receive your deposit back is ridiculous and feels like a scam. I stay at other hotels and it never takes over 3 days

It was a great stay. Nice, clean, quiet property. Great shower as well. I ended up leaving in a hurry and forgot my jacket. The staff has been so kind and courteous. Mrs Lesia and Alexus have gone above and beyond to assist me with getting it back and walking me through the entire process. I will definitely stay here again. You can never put a price on excellent customer service. Five star all the way!

Only change I would make to the guest rooms would be to put kuerig coffee machines in them. Most hotels I've stayed at in a cheaper price range include them, so it was a little disappointing to see the old (and quite frankly terrible) 'In-Room Coffee' machines.
