staff was great, the room however was not. The room was dingy and this is not anything against the staff, i just believe that the hotel is old. we got locked out of our room everytime we came back, in one instance the battery to the door even died. The room phone also did not work at all. This was a very last minute trip, so this is what was available. i guess you get what you pay for.

We checked in with no problem. We enjoyed our Peach Bowl experience. However, around 3A or so while we were sleeping. Someone opened our door, and I jumped up to find an old gentleman with access key. He was clearly traveling with luggage. He apologized and I secured the door. When we checked out. The front desk had mentioned we had changed rooms. Which we clearly didn't, and she said we had checked out securely. That is not acceptable.
