The hotels staff were all very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We greatly appreciated the convenience of having facilities such as great restaurant, bar etc. after a long trip or touring all day at our disposal. The pool was also a welcome relief from the heat of the day. This is a lovely, well run boutique hotel which we would highly recommend. Steven and Maxine, Australia Perth.

Boutique hotel in smart part of Colombo

Pros: As above
Cons: Rooms upstairs opening onto space with sofas and cushions. Nice idea, but if people sit out there and you want to sleep, it could be a problem.
Location: Good, clean location. Really need tuc tux to visit interesting places, but that's easily done.
Extremely nice hotel. Food occasionally a problem as dining room in evening taken over by young people parties so had to resort to a bar. Bit noisy at times, but very attentive staff. One of their drivers, Lakmal, took us to Kandy and was superb on the difficult roads, friendly and kind. Would definitely recommend it. Quite unique.

Boutique hotel in Colombo

Enjoyed 3 nights at Colombo Courtyard. Staff were open, friendly and always obliging. Decor and facilities modern and bright. Privacy assured by the rambling design. Several lounge areas tasteful and quiet.
