My room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. What was missing was the restaurant choices they used to have and that it is not easy to get to or back to other terminals due to the long walk along the tunnel. The alternative to that walk and the trains is a 26 GBP taxi. We used to stay here for the diversity of the Chinese restaurant juxtaposed against the rest of the restaurants downstairs. Now it’s a basic Hilton, nothing even offered in the mini bar, which while not bad, it will no longer lure me out of London before my flight.
