The TV corner has a comfortable sofa and a Cinewall with 55-inch smart TV, a soundbar and a cozy electric fireplace.
You have a view over the water from the oval dining room table.
Most lighting in the home is dimmable.

The bedroom of 20m2 has a king-size bed (2.10 x 1.80) and a double sink.
There is a smart TV and you can dim the lighting to create a cozy romantic atmosphere.

The wellness area (15m2) consists of a two-person Finnish sauna, a spacious whirlpool (190x 80) and a luxurious shower (1.80x 1.00) with sun shower.
The lighting in this room is also dimmable but can also be changed to a number of color settings (Philips Hue).

The terrace has lounge furniture and a small dining set and there is patio heating.
It is a wonderful extension of the house. Here you can enjoy the beautiful view and all the water birds that swim by. There is always a lot to see on the water.

We have 1 electric sloop for rent in the marina for our 4 house boats, which can also be reserved if available.
The marina has free parking spaces.

Our houseboat is located in Aalsmeer. This is approximately 30 minutes by car/1 hour by public transport from Amsterdam.

You can walk to the center of Aalsmeer in fifteen minutes.
The first (cozy and tasty restaurant - Brasserie de Haven) is located halfway along this route.

Aalsmeer is a cozy Dutch village and has all the shops for daily shopping (Lidl, AH, Voomar, Hema, Kruidvat, etc.) and several restaurants. There is a market on Tuesdays.

Aalsmeer is very centrally located in relation to the major cities (Amsterdam, Utrecht, The Hague), but the beach can also be reached in half an hour.
