The Hotel was in an area which was accessible to shops and restaurants. It was in walking distance to the main station 5-10 mins and to the canal attractions. The staff were helpful, there was a lift and the room was very comfortable. Would recommend.

Great location right near Dam Square, multiply tram options outside the front door...lovely side lanes with cafes and restaurants aplenty. Room was big enough for four day stay. Very clean. Would gave liked a bit brighter lighting in the room. Happy to recommend.

I had arrived early with my friend on a long flight from Australia, landed at 7am and Ersan was able to check us in early into a room, he was very friendly and accomodating even assisting us with a small late check out for our convenience, would recommend and would stay again!

Location was very walkable to everything and was there 5 nights, pretty quiet each night, busier by day time but everywhere in the city is pretty bustling. Staff were great, room was a quite small, and bathroom a bit poky, but that’s fairly typical. Just a trick to get around finding space with two check-in luggage’s and carryons etc Nice mid-point position to jordaan, central shopping and red light district but not in “party zone” so you can sleep :) Place was clean.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to bars, restaurants, and easily walkable to one of Amsterdam’s best neighborhoods. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, even letting us check in early after a redeye and helping carry bags up the narrow staircase. That said, the standard room was far too small for two people with checked luggage—you’ll struggle to open suitcases and move around. The room was also uncomfortably warm, as the AC never fully cooled it and the windows didn’t open. Housekeeping was inconsistent, sometimes leaving trash behind and once remaking the bed with a towel still under the sheets. The beds themselves were a disappointment: hard pillows, stiff pillowcases, and mattresses that slid apart made for poor sleep. Overall, I’d recommend this property for the location and service, but strongly suggest booking a larger room for comfort.

Everything excellent however can be noisy and rooms slightly small but overall great location great service. Super clean and a great area to be in. The centre of Amsterdam really really recommend the hotel as it is super close to all attractions that you need to see while there.

A very lovely hotel, very glam and comfortable bedroom, welcoming staff - and what a location. Directly opposite th Royal Palace - so easy to walk Amsterdam. Wonderful. We are about to rebook for December !

the room are dark and the bathroom in the same time as 155 years back as they say they are celebrating. It looks like thy never renovated the room or even the bathroom. Very dark, depressive to be in the room and even to enter the room. Please clean, upgrade and then charge for a fortune for a short stay at this property.
