Lovely family run hotel. Very clean. Reception manned 24/7. Comfortable lounge bar and battio area. Tea and coffee all day on free vend in the breakfast room. Has a lift. Perfect quiet location 300yards from the entrance to the vibrant city. Perfect for us.

The location of this hotel was amazing! Super close to most of the popular museums, the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was everything we needed. Definitely will be staying here next time I visit Amsterdam!

Room is clear and amended with all that is needed for a stay in Amsterdam, There is no kettler or refrigerator in the room. Also the coffee which is available for free in the kitchen is not allowed to drink in the room. But there is plenty of food and drink around the city so it is not the minus. The bathroom is perfectly clean and smells nice. Hotel is situated in the beautiful neighbourhood in an old cute building and the bus 397 (to the Airport) is very close.(3-4 min walking). The staff was very polite. Tle elevator works perfectly. Breakfast is very good and tasteful.

Don’t go there if you’re claustrophobic. Sweet, small rooms, great staff, relatively clean too much carpets for my taste and allergy, but overall a pleasant experience. Notes : the whole place smells like old cake.

What a delightful little place! The staff was lovely, the breakfast was amazing – yes I now love cumin in my cheese! And the location to downtown Amsterdam was perfect. Amenities were everything they said. Rooms were nice simple and clean. And they even have the cutest little elevator I’ve ever seen. We will definitely be going back!
