For what i paid for the 7 days with 1 night costing me over $1200 nz$ for the night, the room was well below expectation being a Plaza. Dusty under the bed with smudge marks on the bathroom mirror door, hair left on the floor. I asked for extra coffee from housekeeping and never received it. Inner duvet blanket had stains on it. For a king-size bed, only having four small pillows makes the room look ridiculous. Try buying king-size pillows? You have to obviously pay excessive money just to have a decent sized room. Otherwise, you get a very small room.

Wonderful Hotel, so close to everything you need when visiting Amsterdam. Transport either by boat, train or tram leaves from just across the street, dining/shopping options abound around the area and to top it off the staff and rooms were excellent. We spent 5 nights and will definitely be back to enjoy this hotel next time.
