The location was super. It’s an easy walk to the train station. We took the team to the museums. There’s lots of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the breakfasts served in the hotel.

The staff here has been wonderful. Our room was a nice size and the spa and pool area is lovely. But, the best thing was the service. At every level we found willing helpers from concierge to reception to housekeeping to the breakfast reception. We felt at home right away.

Fantastic hotel. Beautifully decorated, perfectly located to local attractions & very friendly staff. Only reason I’m doing 4 stars instead of 5 is the beds. We had to switch rooms bc the king was so uncomfortable & the next rooms bed was barely better. Highly suggest getting a room with the large soaking tub.

Modern, upgraded room in old part of hotel - comfortable bed, electric curtains, very controllable lighting from bedside etc.. Only downside was that the shower flooded on first use, but this was sorted efficiently by the next day.

What an amazing 7 day stay in the heart of Amsterdam!! I stayed here 30 years ago with a work group and that was the first time visiting the Netherlands, staff was extremely kind and helpful.

The staff at reception the bar and restaurant area were very helpful and friendly however the house keeping is terrible, here are some of examples upon checking I found mouldy food left in fridge, used sanitary towel discovered behind the sofa when opening the curtains and glasses not washed ….

we stayed in this hotel for 3 days. this location of this hotel is good, walking distance to nearby within 5-20mins, enjoying the center of amsterdam with the building and canal. the facility in room is old, and not enough cleaning after the 1st night, not filling out tea bags and coffee.
