Room was lovely. Clean, comfortable, powerful shower and perfectly located. It was my birthday whilst there and we came back to a lovely note and two little gifts in the room which was sweet. My partner didn't arrange this so reckon the front desk must have clocked my birthday!

The staff we met were all good and helpful with any questions we had. Although we booked a “small” canal view we didn’t realize just how small it was. We barely fit our 2 pieces of luggage and carry on rearranging the furniture around the room. It was the room we chose but just be aware. We liked the bottle refills on each floor and the one in the lobby along with a selection of candies. Only real negative was ongoing party people on the street to the wee hours in the morning that can be heard from the room and the wafting smell of.cigarette and other stuff if you have your window open. All in all a nice hotel and easy walk to most sites

Paid €400 for 2 nights. When I booked the room I booked a Queen sized bed. When I arrived I was told this was requested which we don’t have so have 2 singles! Got offered to be moved late Sunday afternoon. But we were up at 4am to fly home so bitterly declined this offer.
