May have bedbugs, arrived home with feet completely bitten over. Out of 3 day stay refrigerator completely didn't work 2 of 3. Weirdly uncomfortable bedding, got "double bed" turned out to be two single beds pushed together with two narrow mattress tops, very hard to sleep on. Generally, it is clear that the hotel tries, staff are very nice, it is generally clean, but it does not succeed.

A great option for Amsterdam

This is a well priced and located hotel for central Amsterdam. Easily accessed from the airport (bus 397) and beautifully situated for Van Gogh & Rijksmuseum, as well as having a nearby tram stop for central Amsterdam if you don't fancy the walk. Very friendly and helpful staff add to the appeal. We had a corner room which had large windows allowing a lot of light. The room was adequately sized with a decent shower and bathroom. Breakfast was optional and not too bad. A decent choice for the right price.

I booked the small twin room since I was traveling by myself for one night. The location was great! Easy to get to public transportation. My room was tiny (as expected), but the bed was comfortable! The staff was excellent- very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also exactly what I needed. Great stay for a great price! I would stay here again in the future.

Perfect location

It is perfectly located. Its very confy but not soundproofed at all. Take some earplugs and you'll be fine. I was though, waken up by the smell of FRESH WARM BAKERY! that was superb.

This would be my fourth time staying at this hotel. It’s definitely a gem and well centrally located in my opinion. The staff is extremely friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience at this hotel and will continue to stay there every time I go back to Amsterdam.

Wonderful location and great staff

What a wonderful hotel! The hotel was within walking distance of the Van Gogh Museum. I have limited mobility (I have a “bum” foot and waking can arduous ) and I had zero issues with this hotel. The staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and modern. If I come back to Amsterdam I would stay here again.

The hotel was very affordable and perfect for a short trip to Amsterdam. It is located very close to a lot of the main art museums such as the Van Gogh museum. It is also located near the canals which captures the unique architecture of Amsterdam. There are many popular dining options and bars across the river which is no more than a 5-10 minute walk. If you are coming from the Amsterdam Centraal station, it is a bit of a farther walk (20-30mins) but we enjoyed being able to see the sights on our way there.
