The AC worked the first few days but stopped on the third day and then was miserable. The bed was very comfortable. The ceiling and curtains needed cleaning.

The staff was wonderful. The room was clean, and the bed was really comfortable. My only complaint is that the room was dark. They really could use some brighter lamps in the front of the room. Having said that, I would stay there again.

Both the service and property were disappointing. The location was okay, and close to museums, restaurants etc. This is not a property I would be inclined to return to. Poor service detracted from anything remotely positive at this property.

Hotel staff provided excellent customer service. They each were very kind and personable. Each time I had a request the staff responded promptly. One of the front desk staff even assisted me with cutting the tags off of a new sweater that I purchased since I didn’t have scissors. A big thank you to the staff at Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam City Center!

Quiet but close to everything

The room had a slanted ceiling at the foot of one side of the bed, you had to duck to get in that side. The room itself was extremely clean but the corridors were awful, old stained carpets and dark dingy walls. I was pleased to see the room was not in the same condition. The bed was okay.

The air conditioning in the room did not work, very hot, when I rented the room I looked for it with air conditioning, there it said that the room had it, but it did not work or they controlled it and did not put it on, the water in the shower did not drain, the room had to be asked to be cleaned by cell phone and they did not do it either, although I requested it
