All of the staff was welcoming and friendly and eager to help. Room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet. The breakfast offerings were delicious and plentiful. Hot entries, sliced meats and cheese. Yogurt, fruit and various fresh breads and croissants. Typical of European breakfast. There was a relaxing breakfast area overlooking a garden. Nice lounge and bar. About a 15 or 20 minute walk to the town center and central station. Lovely hotel that I would stay at again.

The room was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. The toiletries were lovely, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We were offered a welcome drink upon arrival, and the breakfast team made us feel right at home. The breakfast itself was high quality with plenty of options. The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet only a short walk from the lively center of Amsterdam.

I cannot recommend the hotel enough! On arrival we were greeted with friendly staff and even a glass of sparkling wine! We only stayed one night by rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. All the staff we chatted to were helpful and friendly.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. It’s a beautiful and very clean boutique hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. The breakfast was truly incredible — one of the best we’ve ever had. Everything was perfect from start to finish, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

What a lovely hotel! Super friendly reception staff from start to finish - complimentary welcome drink and Tony's choc bar and a surprise little departure gift too. Beautiful decor, and fantastic rooms - Hypnos beds with quality linen and pillows, fridge, Nespresso, robes, slippers, free water and toiletries, quiet efficient air-con, powerful shower etc etc. We walked into the city and to and from the railway station but there is a Metro station close by if needed. Supermarket around the corner, and 5 minute walk to nice coffee shops, bistro etc. Quiet room overlooking a courtyard. Staff responded quickly to emai prior to trip. Excellent and highly recommended.
