Great for an older convention type property. Felt outdated and the microwave was a little scary. Excellent cleanliness and no smell. Seams as though they do well to keep costs down and provide bare minimum for bathroom supplies. Great for conventions, Near a mall and plenty of shopping & restaurants.

The room was not cleaned well prior to my stay. Trash in the trash can, junk on the counters and tables, and a stain on the bedspread. Standing water while showering, and a toilet that needed two flushes to do anything. The server at the restaurant for breakfast was very kind and helpful. The Fairfield next door was much nicer as we had to stay at both hotels for our trip.
