The staff was super nice and helpful, and the breakfast was good. The room was good but could be cleaner - there was some oily stains on the carpet and some spots in the corners of the bathroom that looked like they could use a good scrub, but everything else looked clean and decent. They had some construction stuff out back that hints to them remodeling some rooms so I’m looking forward to trying them again next year to see if we can get one of the remodeled rooms.

There was construction debris and dumpster taking up about a dozen parkings spots way too close to the rear entrance. The pool says it's heated... My guess would be heated to about 75 degrees with the A/C set in the hotel @ like 72....needless to say it was FAR from warm for a Floridian! Everything else was great. Housekeeping kept me supplied with coffee and creamer/sugar.

The sheets were dirty upon arrival. Told the front desk who said they would take care of it and then never did. Good thing I mentioned to the housekeepers when they were in my room otherwise they would never have been changed.
