"Got there at about 6. Desk clerk was in dining area eating. Hadn't had his lunch. About 4 of us had to wait 15 min to check in while he finished. Adjoining room door didn't lock. Took almost 2 hrs to get repaired. Asked for different room. Was declined. Beds fresh made but pile of old sheets in room. ..."
