The hotel had homemade cookies for you at the check in area and the buffet breakfast was wonderful with homemade banana nut bread as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was very happy with my stay.

They are in the middle of a renovation, but the staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the room was bright and clean. Not sure whether this would be a quiet place if it was full, because hall noise came right into the room as if the door was open.

Miss Aubrey checked us in. She was professional, friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, beds comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent . Biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, waffles, fried onions and peppers and that was the hot breakfast. An assortment of cold breakfast food was available as well. We met Miss Virginia the chef. She was a military cook for nine years. She loves cooking and adds much to the menu. We walked out with chocolate chip cookies straight from the oven. The whole experience was good.
