1st had to change reservation check in for 6/9 due to car rental issues, 2nd I tried to reach out to hotel 6/8 via calls from 7am till noon. Hotels.com agent also tried to call and no avail, email was sent. 3rd Upon arrival to hotel, was informed reservation was cxld. 4th Finally got a room, room was terrible, not clean, dog hair everywhere, huge spider web in corner. 5th Changed room, that room was infested with bed bugs, I have pictures of the bites inflicted on myself and my husband are well at a picture of the bed bugs. 6th No compassion from the front desk clerk (I think she was the owner) 7th Was told Thank you for your feedback and m and I am sorry Have a nice trip back home bye ... That does not resolve my situation. So upset with how this trip went

Cheap spot, obviously very old and in desperate need of some new furnishings. I came for work, and trying to work in the room was a no go because the desk was so lousy and the chair was broken. Staff were nice. Breakfast was bad; continental meant bread, Cheerios and a waffle maker; no pastries or any variety any of the days I was there.

They couldn’t find our reservation to start, headed towards our room and floors had food on them. Had to hold the door handle up while swiping card as the door didn’t work correctly. Room was old and walls had holes from prior decor or something and also scratches on the walls. Bed cover had something on it. Didn’t end up staying there, we left and stayed with friends. When we checked out we were told the system was down so we just left the door cards and left

My only complaint was on Sunday morning, going down to get breakfast.....Coffee was good once the front desk person told me grumpily where the auxiliary pot was....but unless you wanted to make a waffle...there wasn't much else [some apples[?], bread for toast, packet of instant oatmeal] scale of 1 to 10, maybe a 5

The front desk staff were lovely and kind. The room was as clean as it could be. But, you get what you pay for. The property is run down. Hallways and common areas were dirty. I would have loved to have seen the carpet gone in the rooms especially. Too hard to get carpet clean. I also wished i would have been able to crack the window open in the room for fresh air. However, I do appreciate a low cost option. Again, you get what you pay for. If you want a little nicer, spend a little more! But again, appreciated the kindness of the staff!

Bathroom was dirty and the mat in the tub was so old and dirty it was coming apart. Didn't get any clean towels for the second day we were there. Breakfast was almost nonexistent. Coffee was like water. Had a hard time finding any staff to help.

I liked that there are places close by to shop. But I didn’t like the rude staff. I don’t like that you walk into a dirty room. I didn’t like I called the main phone before getting there several times and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. The room stunk really bad of mildew. The floors were gross and felt slightly wet. The chair was disgusting. The indoor gym what was listed online was closed down when we got there. Barely any breakfast. There were crumbs from the last person. Just overall wouldn’t recommend staying there. I stuck it out for 3 nights so I wouldn’t lose any money. But I won’t do that again.

The room was terrible, we didn't even stay there the second night, although trying to talk to staff wasn't available because no one would answer the phone. Trying to call and work with Expedia wasn't much more available either. there were many issues inside the room, lights didn't work, room felt dirty and worried about bed bugs. I would never stay here again and wouldn't recommend to anyone.
