TV remote didnt work (late when checked in so didnt want to deal with front desk. Coffee pot didn't work. Mold in the shower. Run down hotel.

Good variety for breakfast - cereal, toast/muffins/fruit/hot options. Door hinges had loose screws so that we had to physically move the door into position to close it. Shower did not have very much water pressure and tub drain was super slow. Couch cushions on hide-a-bed were stained with a salty, white substance.

The hotel is very run down and the room was filthy with stains on the sheets, dust everywhere and the bathroom had a few questionable stains in the tub and on the shower wall. We immediately checked out and stayed elsewhere.

The building is getting worn over time and really needs some updates. For example, the carpet is worn, dirty and stained and needs to be replaced. The luggage carts are dirty and broken and need to be replaced. The door to our room (326) is broken and doesn't open/close easily. The hinges need to be tightened. I had to lift the door in order to close it.

The check in experience was great. It started after getting in my room, loud music next door, kids running up and down halls. Then I finally get to sleep and people above me stomping floor yelling about loud music. Breakfast both mornings was ice cold, have you ever ate ice cold sausage, eggs and biscuits?? Breakfast was nice and it was nice they started a little earlier than expected so we could eat before leaving early. The hotel staff was polite and overall it was very clean. They did need to replace the shower curtain in our room because it had a smell and was covered in mildew. I’d stay here again though. Great price and very comfortable.

The two rooms were comfortable but some issues with condition. Tile was missing on a baseboard, no towel rack, rust spots on tub bottom, freezer had frozen over, and a door stop protecting a wall was missing. In fitness area, hot tub was slightly green and sauna missing dial to turn on. Overall, there was some modest neglect.

The room smelled terrible, like a wet dog, very musty. There was visible mold or mildew on the walls. I had a headache for two days straight. They charged an exorbitant rate because it was a game weekend and the room isn’t worth half of that. It’s been remodeled but there’s no covering up the smell.
