We didn’t eat at the hotel. They have a very good self-serve area just off the registration area with Salas’s, soups, sandwiches, burritos, and baked goods that are reasonably priced. This is a former Hyatt Regency that has recently been purchased by a new hotel group. I have dinged them a star because of their odd approach to performing upgrades. They have no vending or ice machines on floors 1-16, with ice on 17-20. They are replacing old machines with new, but (1) didn’t let us know when they were checking us in and (2) why remove the old until the new are there to install? We Ubered, so I can’t opine on parking. The 10th floor hallway had an odd, musty smell, but our room smelled OK. The television was disappointing—it frequently showed “station not available, for all stations. I think the problem is too little bandwidth for the number of people watching in their rooms at one time. They charge a $25 “resort fee” each night. That is a bit of a stretch—this is not a resort-caliber hotel. It’s a nice hotel, but the amenities do not justify the added fee. We didn’t feel unsafe walking in the daytime, but know that the hotel is in a neighborhood that has homeless people. We walked back to the hotel from the train station at 8:30 at night and did not encounter any problems. The staff were friendly and competent. We had a good experience overall. I’d rate it a 7.5 or 8 on a 1 to 10 scale.

My day was pretty easy. I did valet and they were pretty responsive. It’s an older hotel but the rooms are super clean. The bartender is over there at 1922 Bar are awesome. There’s one lady she’s not a manager, but I can’t remember her name for the life of me. She was incredible.

Staff were rude..I asked the front desk to fill my water they said we are busy. The house keeping they were never took the time to clean the room they were parking their cars and staying on the phone for couple of hours. Bathroom left dirty sink was dirty I had to clean it after house keeping they were not refilling coffee and cups … very bad house keeping bathroom was gross after house keeping. Thanks

The room was nice. The bathroom shower was terrible . When you switched it to the shower head very little water came out water continued to pour out the bottom faucet. Hotel has only one dining choice and isn’t open early.
