The Space:

Four-bedroom house sleeping nine, with a solar-heated pool and self check-in. Built for families and groups who want space and a place to swim.



Enter through a front sitting room, then into the open-plan living and dining area. Two sofas face a wall-mounted TV; the dining table seats eight.



The kitchen runs off the living space and includes a fridge/freezer, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, Nespresso machine with pods, and a walk-in pantry.



The master has a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite with spa bath, separate shower, and toilet.



Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen bed and wardrobe. Bedroom 4 has a bunk with a double below and single above, suited to kids. A second bathroom serves these three rooms.



The backyard is fully fenced and holds the solar-heated pool, with room to eat outside.



A laundry room with washing machine handles longer stays. Check-in is via lockbox.



You will receive a boarding pass before check-in and choose either a refundable damage deposit or a deposit waiver.



Travel cot and high chair available at request with a fee.

Felixstow sits about 6km northeast of Adelaide's CBD in a quiet residential pocket. Cafes, restaurants, and shops are a short drive rather than a walk. The River Torrens Linear Park trail runs nearby for walking and cycling. Prospect, with its cinema, shops, and eateries, is a 10-minute drive.
