The staff were easy to talk with. We needed to stay Auckland for one night as transit stop and had an early flight second day. They arranged free 24/7 shuttle bus which was really convenient. Feel bad to ask the driver to take us to airport at 3:40 AM. Room is comfortable and clean. Aircon is great.

We were looking for an airport location to make it easy to continue to the cruise line the next date. The property was a $40 taxi ride away from the airport. It was suitable as a base to start a motor trip. My issue was with how Expedia described the location, not with the hotel. There was a truck stop eatery nearby which was very nice,
