This was my first time to Sydney. The hotel staff (especially Tim!) were extremely welcoming. The room was basic but very clean and comfortable. The location is sensational, would definitely stay again!

One of the best experiences in an inner city hotel. Perfect location, close to many types of eateries, easy walk to the CBD or Darlinghurst or Kings Cross. Room was perfect, fantastic size room with dining area, kitchen to cook in, comfortable bed. All you could ask for, reasonably priced, well serviced room. Will definitely be staying here again.

After reading some of the reviews I was a little concerned about what our room would be like. We stayed in the family room and it was very clean and well presented. Well positioned on Oxford St, short walk to Museum station and many bus stops. Could hear a lot of noise from Oxford St at night, but it was the weekend and that was to be expected.
My daughter and I were made to feel very welcome. The guys were great fun and made our 2 day stay in Sydney all the more abiding. The location is perfect and the property works well. It's simple hailing a taxi out the front or just hotfooting to restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay at Medusa again.
