Check in went smoothly and we received an upgrade. We were also assigned a butler. Dario went above and beyond for us. Big shout to Miriam at the dining options. She made sure we were taken care every time she saw us. Great entertainment as well.

Hotel and staff were excellent. Many pools and beaches. Very walkable property with so much to experience. Too many extras to list. The only complaint is the cost of dining, it was expensive. A number of the restaurants were closed, presumably due to the season.

Friendly staff, room was really nice, lots of activities for different ages. Beach was right there, pool was clean. Food is just okay and drinks are watered down. But would return.
