The staff was amazing. They tried to accommodate us with any request we had. My favorite part was Jamaican night at the hotel where they served authentic Jamaican food. It was so good! The property is older but still beautiful. The rooms itself could use some major updating.!

Preston - front desk/bell man Joyce - pool Marlon - helper Jermaine and everybody at the upper bar deck Aaliyah in the cafeteria DPT Oraine H. in the cafeteria Michael from the omelette station Rooms: Clean, Spacious, Ocean view rooms were perfect. Very nice family resort. I have a 13 year old and she enjoyed every minute of our stay. So did I. The staff is so kind and gracious. They treat you how you want to be treated while on vacation...very pleasant...The resort is beautiful and clean...very clean...the lazy river is a plus...the beach is not great but everything else about the resort is wonderful...the food is so very good...the rooms are basic but spotless...I have OCD with cleanliness and was amazed how clean the room was. I will most certainly be returning as long as God spare. My only disappointment was the view in my balcony...my view was a rooftop yet i booked mountain view...I was told look to my right and i will see the mountains...not cool...I was looking forward to sitting in the balcony and just taking in the mountains but it did not happen...maybe next time! Still, I had an awesome time!

This resort has a fabulous water park and a decent beach which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel itself was disappointing. The rooms while clean are like any hotel room along an American Interstate. The buffet room was gloomy and depressing and felt like an office cafeteria. Also one of the two elevators in our wing wasn’t working for the entire 10 days. On the positive side the water park and pools were great and fabulous for families with young children. Food was abundant.
